Creativity is curious. There are times when we fall in love with our projects and take different paths. Some ideas wake us up to take us further and inspire us to take more risks. There are remarkable and unforgettable design creations, and Marechal 1000 is one of them.
In a noble and luxurious avenue, where large trees are present, and houses of great architectural value come together, we find this prestigious gated community consisting of six single-family homes.
With access to the best schools in Porto, commerce, green and leisure; spaces and the highlight for a unique lifestyle. Here is where we can define a narrative that captures the essence of area, location and surroundings, which appeals to a sophisticated and urban audience.
We marketed this condominium for families with an irreverent profile, who are passionate about enjoying their free time and green spaces. Establishing a Creative Rationale: Marechal 1000 is the perfect starting point for those who appreciate the best that life and the bustling city have to offer. With the security and tranquillity of a closed condominium, in one of the most prestigious areas of the city.
Marechal 1000 invites you to enjoy the best of life in Porto. It is "A house that allows me to live my passions". Thus a unique positioning is born: Passionate about Porto, Passionate about Art, Passionate about Nature, Passionate about Home. With emotional, inspirational, hedonistic and positive values, we take the Project's signature even further: "LIVE PASSIONATELY".
Identity sought to establish a dialogue of contrasts. A visual language that relates to the status and refinement of living in one of the most noble avenues in Porto. An irreverence of architecture and the experience that location allows: sometimes rigid, sometimes organic. Textures and elements characteristic of the building and its surroundings, such as the old Magnolia preserved from its original design.
The stylized aesthetic of the numerical symbol represents the irreverence, asymmetry, lightness and suspension of the building's architecture (expressed in the elevated "1"), as well as the 3 great passions (Art, Nature, Home), reflected in each "0".
The neoclassical typography designed, with angular cuts in the serifs, reflects a significant, reserved and exclusive atmosphere. It gives the identity a high, refined and sophisticated status that complements the minimalist lines of architecture.
The primary colours - Flaming Feather and Champagne - reinforce the values previously established. The irreverence of the architecture, the active lifestyle and originality of the building are represented by the vibrant Flamingo Feather.
Sophistication, refinement, distinction and good taste are represented by the timeless elegance of Champagne. Complemented by White Magnolia and Warm Gray, they allow us to create striking and bold visuals.
The brochure's editorial design is also inspired by the building's architecture, seeking to replicate its modular geometry and asymmetries, in a dynamic pagination that combines different formats and dimensions. Rectangular shapes are combined with circular ones, creating complementary languages that highlight details of the enterprise and personal notes of the experience in Marechal 1000, between the Rational and Emotional domains.
